Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within two to three business days. Once your order is complete, it will be packaged and shipped within two to three additional business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping options within the United States, and delivery time will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic & International Shipping
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the U.S. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please contact us directly to discuss custom shipping options.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Delays

Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, postal service issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

JP’s Twisted Crystals is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and details, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
