Refund Policy:

All items from JP’s Twisted Crystals are handcrafted with care and intention. Because of the unique nature of our work, we follow these guidelines:

Custom Orders: All custom pieces are final sale. These are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on non-custom items unless there was an error on our part.

Damaged Items:

We take great care in packaging, but once an item leaves our hands, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please document the issue with photos and contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We’ll do what we can to assist from our end, but we are not responsible for damages caused in transit.

Refund Timeframe:

 

If a refund is granted under special circumstances, the request must be made within seven days of delivery. After that, we cannot issue a refund.
